I think this image is effective as it shows a cultural side to the school. By incorporating students art work it shows the parents the high standards the the school set and how they're achieved. Although this specific piece of art does look like its slightly deteriorating and a little knackered so this may not be effective in this sense. The model is looking smart and happy which is essential. However the photography isn't of a high standard as half her body is cut of. To improve this image i would take the picture from a longer shot and maybe from a higher angle to increase the detail.
